After giving two blockbusters back to back, Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha's Joker is all set for a good opening. Akshay Kumar's last two films were 100 crore grossers ( Housefull 2 and Rowdy Rathore ). Rowdy Rathore was huge Hit which established a good image of Akshay Kumar again as he was struggling since last few years.

Joker is directed by Shirish Kunder and the leading lady is Sonakshi Sinha who also played the lead role in Rowdy Rathore. But the promos of Joker did not received a very good response. The music is good specially Kaafirana which is a Bombastic Item Song starring Hot Chitrangada Singh.

Overall Joker failed to create a huge buzz and that is why a very huge opening is not expected. The promos shows that the movie is more a class appeal movie so mass centers will show dull collections but if the story turn out to be a good one than coming days will show growths in Collections. But one thing is for sure that Joker is not a 100 crore movie at all. Interesting thing is that Joker is Akshay Kumar's 100th movie of his career but unfortunately this 100th movie will not make 100 crore at Box Office.

As per early estimates, the opening day collections of Joker will come around 8-10 crore. Joker is going to release in more than 2000 screens all across India but due to lack of Buzz, chances of going above 10 crore are very less. Stay Tune for Updates !

UPDATE: Joker opened to very POOR response. Now even 5 crore looking Difficult. DISAPPOINTMENT !
